We are pleased to announce that Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Development is collaborating with the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group (OATUG) to provide you with additional information and guidance for the EBS 12.2 Next Generation Technology Stack.
As previously announced, the EBS roadmap includes updating the EBS 12.2 application technology stack. These updates include later releases of key technology components such as Oracle Fusion Middleware 14c, Oracle WebLogic Server 14c, Oracle Forms and Reports 14c, Oracle HTTP Server 14c, and Java 17.
We recognize that these technology stack updates require planning. You need information not only about the availability and certification of the new technology components, but also practical guidance to help you prepare your EBS environments and plan for the update.
Oracle and OATUG Collaboration
To provide you with additional opportunities to learn about the EBS 12.2 Next Generation Technology Stack, members of Oracle E-Business Suite Development will be working with OATUG to share information and guidance throughout the technology stack update lifecycle.
We plan to cover topics including:
- Preparing your EBS 12.2 environment for the Next Generation Technology Stack
- Understanding the process to update to the Next Generation Technology Stack
- Architecture, configuration, life-cycle management after updating to the Next Generation Technology Stack

OATUG Tech SIG Talks webinars are open to both OATUG members and non-members, providing the broader EBS community with opportunities to hear directly from Oracle E-Business Suite Development.
OATUG members also have access to podcasts, webinar recordings, related OATUG blog posts, and the weekly OATUG | INSIDER newsletter, providing additional ways to access the information and guidance shared through this collaboration.
