Premier Support Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i ends on November 30, 2010.  Extended Support begins on December 1, 2010.  EBS 11i environments must have a certain minimum level of patches to be eligible for Extended Support. The Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG) has been working with us to get the word out to our E-Business Suite community for some time now, highlighting this via conferences, workshops, blogs, newsletters, and the like.
