Beginning on February 26th 2021, Oracle E-Business Suite patches for Releases 12.2 and 12.1 on the Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) platform will be built with an updated operating system security patch. Customers who plan to patch or upgrade their EBS environments after February 26th 2021 must upgrade their Solaris operating system prior to applying new EBS patches generated after this date.
We are announcing this to give you time to prepare and be compliant with all requirements for Oracle E-Business Suite patches generated after this February 26th 2021 date.
