I want to know about a scenario. I have applied patch/es using adop. Before cutover, can I start patch base services using forcepatchfs option to check impacts of patch on application and do UAT?
If yes then apache port is same for both the file system. So how apache service will start? Will it use any different port?
Prashant,
The two file systems in EBS 12.2 are used only for online patching. You cannot perform system testing in the second file system. As with earlier EBS releases, you must test patches in a separate pre-production environment before applying them to your production environment.
