E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 has been in Sustaining Support since December 1, 2013. We have offered a one-time Exception to Sustaining Support (covering only Severity 1 issues) until December 31, 2015.
This means that we will revert to Sustaining Support for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i 11.5.10.2 on January 1, 2016. See:

What happens after Extended Support ends?
The Exception to Sustaining Support coverage ends and we revert to the normal mode of Sustaining Support on January 1, 2016. You can request diagnostic assistance for EBS 11i issues and download existing patches and documentation. Sustaining Support does not include:
- New updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, and critical patch updates
- New tax, legal, and regulatory updates
- New upgrade scripts
- Certification with new third-party products/versions
- Certification with new Oracle products

Implications for EBS 11i users
You may need to freeze your desktop and server configurations while you upgrade to EBS 12.2.
New versions of desktop components may not work with EBS 11i. These include new releases of:
- Windows
- Mac OS X
- Internet Explorer (IE)
- Firefox
- Safari
- Office
- Desktop-based Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
New versions of server-based components may not work with EBS 11i.
These include new releases of:
- Server-based operating systems (Linux, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, etc.)
- Oracle Database
- Java JDK
- Fusion Middleware components (Oracle HTTP Server, JServ, Forms, etc.)
