Feb 2019 FND Recommended Patch Collection for EBS 12.1 Now Available

The latest cumulative set of updates to the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 technology stack foundation utilities (FND) is now available in a newly released Feb 2019 Recommended Patch Collection (RPC). Oracle strongly recommends all E-Business Suite 12.1 customers apply this set of updates.

Issues Fixed in this Patch

This cumulative Recommended Patch Collection contains important fixes for issues with the Oracle EBS Application Object Library (FND) libraries that handle password hashing and resets, Forms-related interactions, key flexfields, descriptive flexfields, and more.

    Thanks for the update. I was under the impression that these patch collections were supposed to be arriving roughly every six months.

    Have we moved to one RPC every 2 years now?

    Thanks for the inquiry.

    Oracle E-Business Suite Product Management and Development have not published nor do we plan to publish a release schedule for FND RPCs. We review the FND product on a regular basis to assess the need for an RPC based upon the number of fixes/enhancements and a variety of other factors. When this assessment deems a RPC is needed, we schedule it for internal development, testing and release.
