The 10.2.0.5 database patchset is the terminal release for the 10gR2 codeline. As a follow-on to the original certification announcement (on July 2, 2010), Oracle Database 10gR2 Patch Set 10.2.0.5.0 is now certified with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i and R12 on the following Microsoft Windows Server platforms:

Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Windows Server 2008 (32-bit and 64-bit) for EBS 12 only
Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit only) for EBS 12 only

If you haven’t already done so, I strongly recommend that you review the following article to understand the support implications for E-Business Suite environments:
If you are considering upgrade paths for your EBS environment from 10gR2, you have the choice of either 11gR1 (11.1) or 11gR2 (11.2). For the longest Premier Support coverage, choose 11gR2. Here’s a snapshot of our EBS database roadmap as of today: EBS 12 References
