April 2016 Updates to AD for EBS 12.2

We have been fine-tuning the administration tools for E-Business Suite 12.2 via a series of regular updates to the Applications DBA (AD) and EBS Technology Stack (TXK) components:

We have now made available a ninth set of critical updates to AD (TXK is unchanged). If you are on Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2, we strongly recommend that you apply this new patch at your earliest convenience:

What's New in this Patchset?

This patchset includes six important updates for the following issues:

  • 22700342 - ADOP doesn't allow cutover if standby database is detected
  • 22861407 - Increase the variable size for L_PATCH_SERVICE in AD_ZD_ADOP
  • 22777440 - Grant privileges only if required while splicing
  • 22664007 - ORA-04068 error during patching
  • 22503374 - Script to grant unlimited quota privileges on 'SYSTEM' tablespace
  • 22530842/22567833 - Cannot drop table partition in run edition when patch edition exists

    Hi Steven,

    Thanks for keeping us informed with the most recent AD/TXK updates.

    Would you be able help with pushing two Oracle SRs we have for issues with cloning 12.2.x multi-node OID/OAM enabled environments (SR 3-12641845271, SR 3-12641642821) and one very generic bug with adcfgclone ignoring some parameters in pairsfile when executed with dualfs=yes option (SR 3-12641397091)?
