    Hi!

This is a question unrelated to any of your blogs- We wish to implement ERES functionality {EBS Inventory Module] and would like to know if the Oracle ERecords module is an underlying module or needs purchase. I logged an SR and Support advised that they cannot see any requirements for additional licenses from an Inventory perspective as the functionality is just an 'add-on' to the Inventory forms, however they advised that a question like this should be posed with licensing, and to contact our account manager or sales rep.

We contacted our Rep and 2+ months later still no reply!

    Need help!

    Hello, Qamarah,

I'm sorry that you've been having trouble with your Oracle sales rep.

I'm in the EBS technology stack development area and don't have much visibility into Oracle Inventory or its prerequisites/licensing requirements. I would recommend contacting your Oracle sales rep again, or even contacting Oracle Direct with your question.

    Regards,

    Steven
