Oracle transitioned to a new My Oracle Support (MOS) portal between December 5–7, 2025. For more details on the new portal, see: My Oracle Support Information Center (MOSFS Article ID KA10).

As you explore the updated MOS portal, keep the following points in mind:
- MOS Document IDs have been converted to new My Oracle Support Fusion Services (MOSFS) Article IDs.
- Documents in the new MOS Portal are classified as Knowledge Article (KA), Knowledge Base (KB), Alerts (PALRT), Product News (PNEWS), News (NEWS), etc.
- Previous MOS Doc ID links (URLs) should automatically redirect to the corresponding new Article ID, but occasionally some redirects may not function as expected. Tip: For some of the previous MOS Doc IDs, try using this following URL (without the .1 or .2 that was appended to the Doc ID): https://support.oracle.com/support/?kmContentId=xxxxxx
- The majority of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) MOS knowledge documents were migrated automatically.
- Some EBS knowledge documents—particularly those that are lengthy or complex—were migrated manually or are still being transitioned.
- EBS documentation teams are updating migrated documents for content accuracy, refreshed links, and improved formatting.
