The short answer is, "Yes, in a number of different configurations."
The following are the platforms supported for the application tier and the database tier of E-Business Suite Release 11i:

How About the Application Server Tier?
Application tier support on HP-UX Itanium as well as Linux x64 is planned for Release 12, and is being evaluated, but is not yet committed or planned, for Linux Itanium, Windows Itanium, and Windows x64. Support for Sun Solaris SPARC, HP-UX PA RISC, and IBM AIX (all 64-bit) will be continued.

Hi Steven,
As you have also confirmed previously, HP Tru64 Unix is not likely to be a supported platform for Release 12. For anyone on this platform who wishes to upgrade to R12, this means a migration to another platform must be done as part of the upgrade.

With Release 12 certified on both all 64bit on all nodes or 32bit on 64bit database nodes. Is there a recommendation from Oracle why all 64bit would be better that the traditional 32bit on 64bit?

I have a customer asking about 11i Split configuration information. When will Linux86-64 be certified for application and database tiers? It appears that the customer needs to move to R12 in order to have Linux86-64 on both apps and db tiers. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi, Bob,
There are no plans to certify 11i's application/middle tier on 64-bit Linux OS'es. If they want to use Linux x86-64 (64-bit) OS'es for both tiers, they must be on Release 12 (12.0 or higher).

Can I have the EBS 11.5.10.2 and DB 10.2.0.2 (64-Bit) running on the same Node ( Single tier ) ,wherein the OS is Redhat 5.2 - 64 bit version ...

No, I'm afraid this isn't possible for EBS 11i. RHEL 5 64-bit is certified only for the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i database tier. Your application tier must be on a different fully-supported operating system.
Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 is certified on RHEL 5 64-bit for both the database and application tiers.
By the way, you should note that the 10.2.0.2 Database is now desupported. I'd recommend that you upgrade to the 10.2.0.4 DB level to keep your environment on a supported version.
