I have being receiving queries about configuring Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG). ISG provides REST and SOAP based web service interfaces for public integration APIs registered in Oracle Integration Repository. Here’s a quick video that walks through the configuration process:
- Tutorial on configuring Integrated SOA Gateway in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 (8 minutes)
What is in this tutorial?
In this tutorial, I follow the steps documented in Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.1.3 (MOS ID 556540.1). This is the main document which lists the required patches and steps to configure EBS R12.1.3 instance for Integrated SOA Gateway.
This tutorial has following major sections:
- Applying Patches
- Executing TXK script
- Enabling ASADMIN user
- Verifying ISG Setup
This tutorial talks about configuring ISG in single node of EBS R12.1.3. If your EBS R12.1.3 instance is configured with a load balancer, you will be required to perform additional steps mentioned in My Oracle Support Document 1081100.1.
