If you are an EBS 12.1 customer that is planning to upgrade to EBS 12.2 or move to Oracle SaaS but are not able to complete the transition prior to January 1, 2022, you may use Oracle Market Driven Support (MDS) to bridge the support gap. What is provided with Sustaining Support?
You can request diagnostic assistance for EBS 12.1 issues and download existing patches and documentation. Sustaining Support does not include the following:
- New updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, and critical patch updates
- New tax, legal, and regulatory updates
- New upgrade scripts
- Certification with new third-party products/versions
- Certification with new Oracle products
