It’s good to climb back into the blogging saddle again after almost three broiling weeks on the road in Orlando and Scottsdale. Many thanks to readers who sent in solicitous emails wondering if something had gone awry.
My colleagues have been busy while I was out of the office. I’m pleased to welcome a few new bloggers to our constantly-changing panel of Oracle contributors. This time around, I’m very happy to introduce Vani Subramanian to our group.
Vani Subramanian is a Senior Software Engineer in the Oracle Applications Technology Integration group. She is part of the AutoConfig (TXK) template development team and is involved in configuration projects and configuration management for Oracle Applications Release 11i and Release 12.
Vani has been with Oracle since December 2005 and has over 5.5 years of experience in the software industry. She holds an M.C.A from Madras University, Chennai.

Steven Chan
Senior Director
Steven Chan was a Senior Director in the Oracle Applications Technology Group. He managed EBS technology stack certifications, ATG product management, ATG documentation and curriculum, and ATG Quality Assurance in the E-Business Suite Development division. Steven joined Oracle in 1998. Steven retired from Oracle in 2019. Prior to joining Oracle, he held positions with IBM, Deloitte & Touche Consulting, and other software companies. Steven is an Oracle ACE and a three-time recipient of the Oracle Applications User Group 'Ambassador of the Year' Award (2007, 2009, 2010). Steven received the Oracle Applications User Group Lifetime Service Award in 2011.
