The Critical Patch Update (CPU) for July 2017 was released on July 18, 2017. Oracle strongly recommends applying the patches as soon as possible.
The Critical Patch Update Advisory is the starting point for relevant information. It includes a list of products affected, pointers to obtain the patches, a summary of the security vulnerabilities, and links to other important documents.
Supported products that are not listed in the "Supported Products and Components Affected" Section of the advisory do not require new patches to be applied.
The Critical Patch Update Advisory is available at the following location:
It is essential to review the Critical Patch Update supporting documentation referenced in the Advisory before applying patches.

When would the txk_R1220_DB_base_bugs.xml file in ETCC be updated to reflect the July 2017 patches, last time stamp was 2nd May 2017.
We are trying to quickly get these turned around quickly but get the below
Patch mapping data is not available for 12.1.0.2 ProactiveBP
Manually checking i find 19 patches aren't in OPatch after applying 12.1.0.2.170718ProactiveBP with some of them existing as overlays in oracle support from a month ago while for others, only a 11.2.0.4 patch exists.
Without ETCC completing i can't get in R12.AD.C.Delta.9 (Patch 25178222) and R12.TXK.C.Delta.9 (Patch 25180736)
and therefore can't get in EBS July PSU patch.

We're working updating the ETCC patch inventories right now. If you log an SR for this, Support can notify you when this is available.
Alternately, you're welcome to monitor or subscribe to this blog. I'll post updates here as soon as soon as they're available.
