Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 is now certified with Oracle Database Server 11gR1 version 11.1.0.7 on Microsoft Windows x64 (Windows Server 2003).

This is a database-tier only certification (previously known as a ‘split configuration database tier’ certification) where the application tier must be on a fully certified E-Business Suite R12 platform. References
