E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 Certified on Windows Server 2008 (32-bit)

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (12.1.1) is now certified on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (32-bit) running on x86/x86-64 hardware.  Note that MS Windows Server 2008 x64 (64-bit) and MS Windows Server 2008 R2 are not covered by this announcement. The following editions of MS Windows Server 2008 (32-bit) are certified for Oracle E-Business Suite:

• Windows Server 2008 Standard (x86)
• Windows Server 2008 Enterprise (x86)
• Windows Server 2008 Datacenter (x86)
• Windows Web Server 2008 (x86)
• Windows Server 2008 Standard without Hyper-V (x86)
• Windows Server 2008 Enterprise without Hyper-V (x86)
• Windows Server 2008 Datacenter without Hyper-V (x86

Oracle E-Business Suite does not support Hyper-V or Server Core in Windows Server 2008. Platform Information and Requirements

• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (x86) Service Pack 1 or higher
• Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (12.1.1 or higher)
• Oracle Database 11.1.0.7 with Rollup Patch 10 (8416539) or higher
• See the Microsoft Hardware Compatibility site for a list of servers compatible with Windows Server 2008 (x86)
