I am pleased to announce availability of consolidated Patch 32172877:R12.OWF.B – ISG Consolidated Patch for 12.1.3 (21_1_3) for Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway(ISG) for Oracle E-Business Suite Release (EBS) 12.1.3. Oracle strongly recommends all EBS 12.1.3 Integrated SOA Gateway customers apply this set of updates.
This cumulative update includes all previously released ISG updates for EBS R12.1.3, plus fixes for stability and performance of the product.

Business Service Objects as REST Service
In September 2020 update for ISG, we announced the availability of Business Service Objects as REST Service in EBS R12.2. Now, we have back-ported the feature to EBS R12.1.3. With this patch, you can deploy Business Service Objects as both SOAP and REST based web service in EBS R12.1.3.
Managing Grants using Script
Previously, you could manage grants from Integration Repository UI only. With this patch, you can create and revoke grants for web services using backend script as well.
