Certifications are a bit like buses:  if you wait long enough, a whole string of them arrive at the same time.  This has been a pretty good week for long-outstanding and eagerly-awaited certifications. 

E-Business Suite Release 12 is now certified with the latest 10gR2 (10.2.0.3) database.

Upgrades from Release 11i Environments

This is a particularly important certification if your Apps 11i database has already been upgraded to 10.2.0.3.  Until today, Release 12 was only certified with 10.2.0.2.  If you wanted to upgrade your Release 11i environment to Release 12, the certified databases levels would have been mismatched. 

As of today, Applications 11i environments on the 10.2.0.3 database may now be upgraded to Applications 12.

  • HP-UX PA-RISC
  • IBM AIX
  • HP-UX Itanium
