I’m extremely pleased to welcome Mike Shaw as a new contributor to this blog. Mike is a senior member of our global Oracle Support Advanced Technologies team, and is a key part of the core group of engineers we count on to handle the really hard customer technology stack problems.
Here’s a short bio:
Mike Shaw is an Advanced Resolution Engineer, working in the Oracle Support Advanced Technologies team out of the Thames Valley Park offices in Reading, England.
Mike joined Oracle in 1997, initially with the Financials Support team but moved to the Applications Technology Support after 1 year to better match his technical focus.
His career in IT started August 1979, always being in a customer-facing Support or Implementation role for Accounting systems.
