The latest updates to our popular Support Diagnostic Tools for the E-Business Suite are now available for download. Notably, the July 2007 updates to the R12 Diagnostic Tools have just been released with new additional reports.

The Support Diagnostics are a free set of tools from Oracle Support that help gather and analyze information from your Apps environment for an existing issue or setup. The Diagnostics perform non-invasive queries against your environment and provide formatted reports displaying the information gathered, the findings of the analysis and appropriate actions to take, if necessary. The above screenshot is a small sample of a Release 11i report for Receivables.
