I am pleased to announce that Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 12.2.3 and later is now certified on AIX 7.3 on the IBM AIX on Power Systems (64-bit) platform.
The latest startCD must be updated with required patches prior to performing new installations of EBS 12.2 on AIX 7.3, applying other EBS patches or upgrading technology components such as the Oracle Database. Cloning and in-place OS upgrades of existing EBS 12.2 environments to AIX 7.3 are also certified.
All requirements, known issues, unsupported products, etc. are noted in the Installation and Upgrade Notes (IUN) below and must be reviewed and implemented.
