Here you can learn AI capabilityplan for your deployment, and equip your implementation teams with the advice they need to suceed with AI.

Learn: Build confidence and skills with training and certifications

Successful transformation relies on your people’s readiness and adaptability. Part of this is being able to grasp simple, and subject matter expertise within AI. 

Oracle provides an array of online training and certifications to help everyday users (business, technical, students) to acquire and master AI skills. Users can take courses from:

✔️ An understanding of AI use cases in Fusion Applications ERP, HCM, CX and SCM
✔️ How to build and develop AI Agents in Fusion AI Agent Studio. 

At the time of writing, training and certification are free as part of Oracle’s Race to Certification program, allowing users access to content and certification until October 31st, 2025.

Measure: Track adoption and optimize for success

It’s important to know not just that you’ve launched AI tools, but that they’re being used effectively and delivering value

You can measure AI adoption and attribution by using Oracle Guided Learning’s analytics and hotspots to measure consumption of AI tools and attribution.
