With the Oracle AI Success Navigator 26.1 release, we are introducing new and enhanced experiences designed to support how our customers onboard, plan updates, and adopt AI-enabled capabilities in Fusion. Here’s what’s new. 

A New Brand and Homepage Experience for AI-Powered Workflows 

As part of 26.1, the platform is now branded Oracle AI Success Navigator across the experience. The release also introduces a new homepage experience that leads with AI Assist to support customer workflows with robust agent capabilities. 

This updated experience makes it easier for users to begin common tasks, get guidance in context, and engage with the AI-powered workflows for ongoing cloud and AI adoption.

New Experiences to Help Fusion Customers Get Started and Move Faster 

Fusion customers can get started with Oracle more easily, simplify quarterly update planning, and improve future enhancement planning, even when considering complex planning requirements. 

These enhancements support key customer workflows including: 

  • Onboarding to Oracle Fusion Cloud  
  • Release and update planning  
  • Feature prioritization  
  • Enhancement roadmap planning across business and IT  
  • Change management and adoption planning 

Get More Value Faster with Each Fusion Update

The 26.1 release helps teams evaluate and plan for quarterly updates more efficiently. 

The new Update Planning Center helps streamline upgrade workflows by providing a centralized experience for planning delivered features and future enhancements, supported by AI Agents.  

The new Release Readiness experience helps customers review and plan for delivered features based on impact, opt-in requirements, and status, with actionable guidance to support decision making.  

Based on customer feedback, Adoption Roadmap enhancements, such as cloning and custom items, make it easier to manage planning across stakeholders in complex or distributed organizations where requirements and timing can vary.  

By continuing to enhance release management workflows, our customers can make faster, smarter decisions when evaluating updates so they can spend more time focusing on delivering new innovations that drive better outcomes for their business. 

Accelerate Adoption of Proven AI Innovations in Fusion 

We’re introducing new content and tools in 26.1 that help customers learn about and plan for process modernization, with a focus on enabling AI capabilities in Fusion. 

Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) and Key Features provide a framework to help support continuous innovation by highlighting how business processes are modernized with high-impact innovations, like AI, in context of Fusion Cloud and establishing a repeatable model for accepting new innovations with each quarterly release. This content helps our customers answer where to start, when to enable, what outcomes to expect with adopting key features, including AI capabilities in Fusion, so you can align stakeholders, get buy-in on prioritization, and deliver faster value from investments with proven AI innovations with every release. 

To support early exploration, a new Starter Configuration experience gives teams an interactive way to explore business processes for key roles in the context of Fusion Cloud in a read-only environment. 

These capabilities help teams quickly understand what’s available, determine where to start, and take a more consistent approach to adopting new innovations with every release.
