Oracle is extending the rolling ten year support for PeopleSoft through at least 2037—reaffirming our long-term commitment to customers running mission-critical HR, Finance, and Campus operations on PeopleSoft worldwide. This provides the certainty organizations need to plan strategically—optimize current investments, modernize at their own pace, and adopt new capabilities when it makes sense for their business. In addition, this year marks the 20th anniversary of Oracle Applications Unlimited.
What the Support Extension Means
- Updated Lifetime Support Policy: PeopleSoft remains supported for at least 10 years—now through at least 2037.
- Continued rolling 10-year support commitment—now in its 8th year of continued renewal.
- New features and technology to keep PeopleSoft relevant and current.
- Ongoing maintenance to help keep environments secure, stable, and compliant.
- Regular updates and fixes aligned to customer needs and enterprise requirements.
- Predictable roadmap to support multi-year planning, governance, and budgeting.
Why it Matters
PeopleSoft is deeply embedded in many organizations’ core operations. This long-term commitment helps customers:
- Protect and maximize prior investments in PeopleSoft applications and skills.
- Reduce uncertainty and avoid forced timelines for change.
- Prioritize modernization by value—not urgency.
- Maintain business resilience, especially in regulated or highly complex environments.
