The Vitamin Shoppe Holiday Campaign

Particularly for the crucial Cyber 5 time period, The Vitamin Shoppe wanted to individually optimize their email frequency to maximize engagement while respecting and not overwhelming their audience.
They worked with Oracle Digital Experience Agency (ODX) to develop a customized machine learning-based predictive activity model and applied it to their ODX-built modular email architecture, creating an uncluttered matrix of holiday campaigns tailored to each customer down to the content and timing.
The result was a 25% increase in revenue while reducing the total number of emails sent by 20% compared to the previous year. Moreover, the predictive, personalized approach improved customer relationships by delivering the right content to the right people during the busy holiday season.
Xfinity Mobile’s Samsung New Product Launch

Looking to generate excitement for Samsung’s latest technology with a pre-launch email campaign that raised awareness of their exclusive offers, Xfinity Mobile worked with Oracle Digital Experience Agency to craft a dynamic and visually striking email campaign designed to captivate and convert.
With vibrant, easy-to-follow graphics and sharp, concise messaging, we spotlighted the unbeatable savings and benefits that Xfinity customers could unlock. To elevate engagement, we integrated a kinetic carousel, transforming the inbox experience into an interactive journey, where users could effortlessly explore various watch styles directly within their email.
The campaign was a resounding success, achieving higher clickthrough and conversion rates and making Samsung’s latest release the must-have tech of the season.
Outrigger Resorts & Hotels Abandon Program

To drive bookings to their properties, Outrigger Resorts & Hotels wanted to create a new abandonment series program that tapped into the emotional appeal of planning a vacation, helped reduce choice overload, and highlighted their commitment to hospitality and sense of place. The program also needed to account for each unique property and their individual positioning statements.
Partnering with Oracle Digital Experience Agency (ODX), Outrigger delivered a personalized, multi-touch program that recaptured prospective guests’ attention and encouraged them to finalize their bookings. ODX set up dynamic content to display dynamic imagery, brand promises, guest incentives, and offers specific to each property—as well as details unique to the travel experience the customer was looking for.
Since deployment, Outrigger has seen a more than 3.5x lift in open rates and more than 10x lift in click-through rates, compared to their promotional offer campaigns.
Xumo TV Engagement Program
W3 Award – Silver
Xumo leveraged Oracle Digital Experience Agency to help build a customer engagement program to help educate and drive use of the Xumo TV. Focusing on lightning-fast streaming with access to an extensive free library of content, as well as product benefits like the Xumo TV voice remote to make streaming even easier, the emails guide the audience to get the most out of their TV. Additionally, customer preferences are used to help personalize content priorities and provide the customer with the experience they need.
