A new feature (optional) with Modernization of Job Data is the Approval step.  Many organizations have a Shared Service Center (ex. HR Reps) that can initiate a Job Data transaction and the HR Admin can review and approve before the transaction updates Job Data.

The HR Admin can see what changes were initiate by the HR Rep in the Proposed and Current Information Summary.  The HR Admin can Approve, Deny or Pushback the transaction as well as editing the transaction prior to approval via the edit details hyperlink.
