I’m excited to announce that Oracle has been named the overall winner of Ventana Research’s 15th Annual Digital Innovation Awards for our Oracle ME employee experience platform, scoring highest among 30 finalists to maximize value across the enterprise.

The Digital Innovation Awards are noteworthy, highlighting technology providers like Oracle that exemplify innovation and strive to create solutions that improve people, processes, information, and technology. Recognition is provided for innovation across the entire technology industry, including human capital management, marketing, office of finance, operations, and supply chain.

Ventana Research’s recognition validates the work we’ve been doing and solidifies our standing as an industry leader. Employee experience is one of the biggest challenges for the enterprise today and they stated that “Oracle ME is a direct answer” for business leaders to listen and respond to their employees’ changing needs.

We are proud of this award as a testament to our commitment to supporting our customers, including some of the world’s largest organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Northwell Health, Mayo Clinic, and Nokia. Oracle ME, a part of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, is natively built in our end-to-end HCM solution, uses knowledge from comprehensive workforce data to deliver the right guidance based on individual user data, and functions in the flow of work via email, SMS, browser, and collaboration tools. These features allow employees to manage their experience wherever they work and empower employers to support their growth. In addition to Oracle ME, our recent innovations in Oracle Dynamic Skills, Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics, and new cybersecurity tools, HR leaders have the tools to manage their workforce in a fast-changing world.

However, Ventana’s recognition of Oracle ME isn’t just ours alone, as 80% of our product updates originate from customer feedback and support. The HCM customer community has created thousands of ideas in our Idea Lab, attended our focus groups, and sat in on Customer Advisory Board meetings. Together, they challenge us to think differently about the employee experience, helping us deliver innovative solutions that push HR towards the future.
