Planet MySQL Enhancements: Together with the MySQL Community, we plan to refresh Planet MySQL to better highlight community projects, voices and make discovery easier. The focus will be on improved discoverability, quality curation, and a more accessible experience across devices, along with a simpler path for new contributors to participate.
Community Contribution Metrics: We are establishing a transparent baseline of community contribution metrics to track progress over time. We will define clear measurement criteria, time windows, and data sources to ensure consistency, then share periodic summaries so trends are visible and the community can help validate and refine what we track.
