AM Inbox: 29 things expected in Leap Day emails

The Retail Email Blog monitors the email marketing campaigns of more than 100 top online retailers. Here are highlights from my inbox this morning:

Staples, 2/27 — Celebrate the Leap Year with 29 limited-time deals!
Tomorrow is Leap Day and I expect as much as one in three retail emails to reference the occasion. As it was in 2008 (see Leap Day tag), I expect the number 29 to be central to many Leap Day emails, as it is in this Staples email.
