Rajeshbabu has been part of Oracle for four years but has been dealing with our products for a lot longer.

“I have overall 19 years of experience, out of which 16 years was with Oracle applications,” Rajeshbabu explains. Now that he’s inhouse, he hasn’t looked back.

“I get 100% job satisfaction from my current role as I enjoy interacting with many different customers across the world and solutioning the wide variety of business landscapes.”

Nithya Natarajan—5 years at Oracle

Nithya takes inspiration from finding new challenges through learning and development opportunities. It’s a big part of why she calls Oracle home.

“In my five years as a techno-functional implementation consultant here, the company has provided me with a good environment that takes care of my learning, development, and growth,” she explains.

Vijay, a senior principal consultant with the GSC values the challenge of his role and how it never seems to get stale.

“The best part of my job is probably the ‘job’ itself!” he shares. “I have been with Oracle for the past nine years—the global exposure and importance placed on your career progression and aspirations have kept me hooked on Oracle for so long. And it continues!

Isha Gurnani—14 years at Oracle

Senior Principal Consultant, Isha meanwhile, appreciates our approach to professional development. Her 14-year trajectory has taken her

from college campus all the way to where she is today. For her, it’s about the ability to get things done. The company doesn’t stand on ceremony and effectiveness always matters most.

Amit Bhushan is an application architect with the GSC. He’s been with us for 16 years and is still as enthusiastic as ever about the work he does. As an internationally renowned musician, he also appreciates the flexibility and support he receives.

“My team has been super supportive when it comes to life outside of work, be it attending my concerts in person or digitally, or simply hosting an informal gig to appreciate music,” he explains.

“I have been invited to Oracle events, often to perform, and I have been featured on the company blog as well. Oracle values the importance of having an artistic skill—it keeps people in a great frame of mind.”

Along with this, he experiences satisfying professional challenges while being encouraged to enjoy home life.
