Oracle doesn’t just talk the talk; we walk the walk with flexible benefits and wellbeing supports. Employees also enjoy access to learning resources, including tuition reimbursement, LinkedIn Learning, and Oracle University so they can continually challenge and improve themselves.

The result? Longer careers with us and teams with much deeper roots and expertise. We even empower people to forge ahead in their careers outside the company with the knowledge they can return to Oracle with their new experiences and skills when ready.

Alongside this, is our commitment to inclusion. Through our employee resource groups, we ensure diverse voices are heard and empowered to lead meaningful change. Specialized recruitment programs further promote success for underrepresented communities, people with disabilities, and Veterans.

Level playing field

The results speak volumes. Oracle not only provides benefits like flexible work arrangements, skill development programs, and family leave options—we actively align our mission with women’s professional and personal ambitions.

Championing women in leadership the way we do levels the playing field for women to reach the very highest positions across our business.

Global Head of Culture and Inclusion, Traci Wade goes into this in more detail in her piece on breaking gender bias where she highlights Oracle CEO Safra Catz’s words: “I wouldn’t be where I am today if folks did not fight their unconscious bias when I first started.”

At Oracle, we don’t leave it to chance—we act.

Our commitment to equal opportunities for advancement is a beacon for diversity in tech. Programs like Generation Oracle and the Oracle Veteran Internship Program, hiring people after career breaks, and partnerships with organizations like Disability:IN and Ada Developers Academy broaden pathways to Oracle careers in an understanding environment that leverages peoples’ unique abilities.
