Creating a OIC Service request from the OCI Console

To create a Service request (SR), click on the support icon or

go to Help->Create a Support Request

This will bring up the following window

For OIC, pick the following categories:

Note: While you do not have to provide much information when creating a SR this way, by selecting the right group and providing detail, the quicker a resolution can be found.
