The 2019 Employer Shared Responsibility Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act – Phase II Patch has been Released
These patches deliver the necessary changes required for the 2019 ACA 1094/1095-C employer transmission to New Jersey for Standard and Advanced Benefits customers.
The deadline for providing 2019 Forms 1095-C to individuals has been extended from January 31st, 2020 to March 2nd, 2020. Note that the deadline for electronically reporting these forms along with the 1094-C is still March 31st.
