The consolidated patch for 2019 has been released with an enhancement, legislative changes, and bug fixes for Japan.

This consolidated patch delivers updates on top of R12.1.HRMS RUP 11 and R12.2.HRMS RUP 12 in Releases 12.1 and 12.2 respectively.

Mandatory Pre-requisite for 2019 Year End processing
R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.12 and R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13 and are the lowest levels of HRMS Release Update Pack (RUP) on which Japanese Payroll customers are supported for 2019 year end processing and statutory updates effective from January 2020.
Oracle recommends customers plan their upgrade.
