As part of a larger Erasmus+ project, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, organized a conference for teachers of informatics and programming, IT professors from universities, students, representatives from IT companies and more. The focus was on object-oriented programming (OOP), using the principle of “learning by doing”, using Java programming language and Greenfoot IDE. Prof. Dušan Savić, PhD, Vice Dean for Basic Studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, also the Manager of the OOP4FUN project for the University of Belgrade, presented the results and activities of the OOP4FUN project. He also held the class on object-oriented programming for IT teachers from secondary schools, as an example and model of how they could work with their students.

The guest lecture was delivered by Oracle Academy Program Manager, Ljiljana Krkić, and Oracle Academy Instructor and Director of Računarska gimnazija, Duša Vuković.
