Oracle Academy attended the 2026 Advance CTE Spring Meeting, held April 29-May 1, 2026, at MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland, just outside Washington, DC. The meeting brought together state Career Technical Education (CTE) leaders and partners around the theme “Connecting Vision to Impact,” with sessions and networking focused on strengthening CTE systems and empowering learners for future career opportunities.

At the event, Oracle Academy connected with state directors and their teams to listen, learn, and gather valuable insights about workforce priorities across individual states. These conversations helped Oracle Academy better understand how states are approaching technology pathways, employer needs, educator support, and opportunities to help students build skills for high-demand careers.

Oracle Academy also shared information about its upcoming data center curriculum, a three-course sequence designed to introduce learners to foundational concepts and skills related to modern data center careers. The courses include Operations Foundations, Technician Foundations 1, and Technician Foundations 2. Through this pathway, educators will be able to support students as they explore how data centers operate, the role technicians play in keeping critical infrastructure running, and the career possibilities connected to cloud and enterprise technology.

Representatives from Oracle Academy shared how Oracle Academy curriculum and learning resources can help educators deliver rigorous, career-relevant technology instruction. Attendees also learned how the Oracle Academy Cloud Program gives eligible Oracle Academy Institutional members and their students access to Oracle Cloud Free Tier for classroom teaching and learning, supporting hands-on practice with cloud technology.

By participating in the Advance CTE Spring Meeting, Oracle Academy strengthened relationships with education leaders who are shaping CTE policy and practice across the United States. The experience reinforced the importance of collaborating with state teams to align learning resources with local needs, workforce demand, and student career opportunities.
