The INOAUG Oracle APEX User Confederation is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to bringing together IT professionals, business leaders and student communities interested in Oracle APEX no-code/low-code application development. INOAUG conducts APEX USTAV events across India annually, These events focus on product updates, technical knowledge, and hands-on sessions on Oracle APEX.
During this year’s event, Oracle Academy had the privilege of running Oracle Academy Member Exclusive Breakout Sessions in three cities: Pune, Cochin, and Hyderabad. Oracle Academy invited guest speakers that included Oracle Academy collaborators and expert faculty members who shared their journey with Oracle Academy and a few best practices on leveraging the program’s resources. The breakout sessions were crafted specifically for the educational audience.
The events witnessed an overwhelming response from Oracle Academy members and collaborators across India, with more than 100 faculty members and partner representatives participating in the event throughout the day across all three cities.
Oracle Academy Collaborators – Mr. Saravanan (ICT Academy), Mr. Babji Neelam (Aditya University) and representatives from Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) attended the event at Hyderabad and participated in panel discussions addressing a few key initiatives/challenges impacting higher education in India.
Expert Faculty Members from Pune – Dr. Sonali Kadam (Bharati Vidyapeeths’ College of Engg. for Women), Dr. Sarika Zaware (AISSMS Institute of information technology); Cochin – Mohamed Ziyad (Seethi Sahib Memorial Polytechnic College), Paul Chakolas (Vidya Academy of Science and Technology); Hyderabad – Mr. Bhuvaneswaran B (Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai), Mrs. Sujatha Dandu (Malla Reddy college of engineering, Hyderabad), Mr. Jhashuva U (CVR college of Engineering, Hyderabad), Mrs. Ritu Ahluwalia (Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology, Jabalpur) and Mr. Rajnikanth (Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Hyderabad) shared their success stories and best practices for managing Oracle Academy resources.
The Member Hub hands-on workshop created significant and productive discussion forums that dealt with various aspects and features of the Oracle Academy Member Hub platform.
Overall, the educational audience thoroughly enjoyed the event and have vowed to be active in exploring Oracle Academy resources for their own learning as well as teaching their students.
The event was led by Anuradha Sharma, Manager, Oracle Academy South Asia. Bharadwaj Asokan, Lead Program Manager, led operations, collaborations, and hosting at the event, ably supported by Neema M, Vaishali Sharma and Ranjini Sengupta.
