The Working Effectively with Support for Hospitality and Food & Beverage users series offers new and current support users an introduction to the My Oracle Support portal, including registering for and using the portal, creating and managing service requests, leveraging knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve common issues, and introducing you to the customer user administrator role.
