I have updated the MOS note:

 

The note has two parts. Part One illustrates how to create an application zone using ssc_exavm. This method is the recommended method for creating Solaris 11  application zones under version 2.x of the SuperCluster software. Part Two contains a method for manually creating application zones without ssc_exavm, and should work on Version one and two of the SuperCluster software.

In the MOS note I include a sample script. This script does nothing more and nothing less than  read some control files and generate an xml file which drives ssc-exavm.  Such an xml file is below. The blue text items are comments. The red text items are  generated by the tool.
