We’ve just released the Oracle Solaris 11.4 SRU60. It is available via ‘pkg update’ from the support repository or by downloading the SRU from My Oracle Support Doc ID 2433412.1.

This SRU adds the following new features or modified interfaces:
  • SMF audit records added to admhist(8)
  • Minimum NFS Server Grace Period
  • -S option added to iostat to print separator line between samples
  • %Z sub-second time format added for mdb_printf et al
  • Python resolvelib added
  • Extending maintenance mode, svccfg(8) and coreadm(8) to configure Automated Service Requests (ASR)
  • Moving ZFS swap and dump volume configuration from /etc files to ZFS properties
  • Added fsync command and new -S option to call fsync for cp/mv
  • Notification Delay Property for SMF Service State Transitions
  • Support for package signatures and http & https package sources removed from legacy SVR4 package tools
  • Add SysFW version info to ldm -V output
  • Target LDoms Manager is in FIPS 140-2 mode (fips not enabled)
  • Newly created logical domains are configured with the TOD offset of the control domain to compensate for any RTC drift
