There are various forms of Siebel CRM product training. Training is available from Oracle University, our Product Management team, our Support organization and our partners.
Staying Current
New product training is released every month, developed by our Product Experts and available via the Siebel CRM Readiness site on the Oracle University platform.
You can access the site by clicking here.
Once you click “Subscribe” you will see all the available training or “Transfer of Information” modules.
You will need to have an Oracle SSO account in order to login, this is quite easy to do.

Product Training
Siebel CRM product training on the entire product is available via the Siebel CRM Learning Subscription.
This is provided as self-serve content and covers all key parts of the solution. If you select “Preview”, you will also gain access to free content such as “Meet the Experts” webcasts for key product releases.
Support Advisor Webcasts
The Oracle Siebel CRM Technical Support team also run webcasts with detailed technical information. The Advisor Webcasts can be found here, look under “Prior Webcast Recordings”.
