This comprehensive training service is comprised of an initial requirements analysis, followed by of a detailed series of customized 'round table' Advanced Knowledge Workshop meetings, and complete with follow-up documentation and completion certificates for participants. A Siebel CRM application expert works interactively with the participants to review all the key functionalities and innovations available in Siebel CRM IP2017. This service can be used to educate as well as guide customers in developing a deployment strategy that is unique to their specific implementation needs.
Agile Development and Deployment Enablement Service
This tailored service is comprised of an initial requirements analysis, followed by of a detailed series of multi-day educational Advanced Knowledge Workshop presentations, followed by hands on laboratory exercises, and completed with a final analysis and follow-up documentation including completion certificates for participants. This service offering provides a customized highly interactive training experience as participants begin taking advantage of workspaces, zero downtime releases, and agile methodologies.
Siebel CRM Innovation Pack Installation Assessment
This turnkey service offering includes the application of the chosen Innovation Pack to the customer’s repository in an Oracle hosted test environment. Resulting deliverables include a detailed listing of the documentation required including guided steps to apply the Innovation Pack to the customized Siebel CRM repository supplied by the customer. Deliverables also include all log and output files generated in the process. The customer’s updated repository can also be accessed through the Oracle Public Cloud infrastructure, which is also useful for customers looking to explore the Siebel CRM on Cloud option.
Siebel CRM IP2017 UX Design Advanced Knowledge Workshops
These collaborative and tailored Advanced Knowledge Workshops provide design assistance to help the customer conceptualize a redesign of their user interface to and incorporate new features and functionality in Siebel CRM IP2017. The workshop will analyze the current UI and role based tasks, and detail how usability can be improved with new Open UI features.
Siebel CRM Upgrade Tuning
The Siebel CRM Upgrade Tuning service offering provides a technical review of the upgrade steps in order to validate that they are performing optimally to meet the customer's needs. This service helps to reduce the business impact of a Siebel CRM software upgrade by leveraging expert performance tuning knowledge resulting in an optimized Siebel CRM upgrade process. Best practices recommendations regarding advanced upgrade topics such as zero downtime and go-live considerations are included.
Siebel CRM Migration Assistance
This service offering assists the customer in a migration of their current Siebel CRM source database to a different target database version or platform. This could be a migration from one database vendor to another, from one database version to another, or from one database vendor to a cloud database platform.
