Oracle is introducing an improved My Oracle Support (MOS) portal featuring a variety of new features including:
- AI-powered interactions.
- Streamlined navigation.
- Improved search capabilities.
- Enhanced knowledge access.
The switch occurs between December 5-7, 2025, with both the previous and new support portals undergoing an outage during that period. After the new system goes live, the previous system will no longer be accessible. Because My Oracle Support is an important part of your Oracle PeopleSoft experience, we’d like to point you to some resources where you can get more information to prepare.
Getting Started with the New Portal

In-Portal Help and Guidance
After you sign into My Oracle Support, click the Help Center icon to display information available to help you get oriented to the new system.

To help get you oriented, Oracle Guided Learning provides a Welcome Tour plus information about what’s changed and the new terminology. The About This Page section provides information about the options on your current. And, for general reference or additional help, refer to the Portal Documentation in the Support Resources section.

Accessing Your Favorite PeopleSoft Knowledge Documents
You may have certain “go to” documents that you frequently visit to gather information about PeopleSoft features, image updates, support changes, and so on. During the transition to the new system, existing, active knowledge documents and Information Centers were migrated and feature a new document ID. You can search for documents using the previous document ID, and you can also use key word search. Be sure to make note of the new article ID and update any bookmarks you’ve created.
For example, you can enter 2833770.1 in the search box to find the migrated document with a new article ID of KB42118.
For convenience, a mapping file listing previous and new document IDs for popular My Oracle Support documents is available in the PeopleSoft Information Portal under Resources > Contact Oracle > Support.
Find the mapping file here: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E52319_01/infoportal/pdfs/PeopleSoft_MOS_Document_ID_Mappings.pdf
