Legislative Update for PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll Japan – Tax Cut effective 1st June 2024

“A new Tax Cut program has been introduced by the National Tax Agency and provided the initial guidance for the implementation of the same. A fixed tax cut of 30,000 yen per person (includes employee, same living spouse and dependents) is deducted from the total tax payable from the earnings after 1^st June 2024.
