Benefits Enrollment enhancements continues its momentum forward!

To complement the Fluid Benefits Enrollment originally released in Image 28, Fluid Benefit Statements are now available in HCM Image 29.  The feature allows employees and Benefits Administrators to view Confirmation and Enrollment Preview Statements on line.  The statements are even stored for historical purposes.  This has been one of the top Ideas Space requests.

The Employee can navigate to the Benefit Statements within the Benefits Enrollment process or from the Benefits Detail Tile.

Here the employee can see all statements or filter the statements by type.

Selecting a row will bring up a new page, allowing the employee to view and print the statement.

The Benefits Administrators controls the generation of the Confirmation Statements. The Online Confirmation Statements Page gives the administrator the flexibility to create online, only print statements, or both.  The draft mode allows the administrator to preview statements before release.  It is also easy to generate individual statements.

The Enrollment Preview Statement is automatically generated when the employee submits the enrollment during the fluid Benefits Enrollment process.  If the employee submits multiple times, only the latest statement is shown to the employee.

In addition, the Benefits Administrators can also view the same information as the employee through their own navigation from the Benefits Administrator tile. All Enrollment Preview Statements are available for view to the Benefits Administrators to assist with employee questions and audits.
