Employees gain real-time visibility into their reimbursement history and annual eligibility, while administrators can require pre-authorization for certain request types and easily audit supporting documentation. Human Resources – Current Headcount Insights Dashboard
The Current Headcount Insights Dashboard offers HR Administrators an interactive view of their organization’s workforce. They can filter data by demographic metrics by department, location, and employment type like full/part-time and temp/regular. The Insights make it easy to drill down to review the data and make informed decision-making and workforce planning updates.

Time & Labor – Geo Fencing for Time Entry
For improved time tracking and compliance, Image 54 introduces the ability to set up virtual geo fences around work sites. Employees can clock in or out only when within a designated radius of their work location. The system checks for work group overrides, remote work addresses, or job data addresses in a defined order. Admins can configure variance tolerances and define deviation actions (warn or block entry) for specific groups or sites, ensuring accurate and compliant time records.
Performance Management – Performance Document Advance by Administrator
Speed up your organization’s performance review process! Administrators can now bulk-update performance documents to a chosen review status. This can be done by searching documents by criteria or specifying groups, with the ability to preview the results before committing to changes. Documents with errors are flagged for follow-up, helping HR teams keep the review cycle on schedule.
Payroll for North America (PNA) – Multiple Wage Statement Download
A major PNA usability update allows employees and administrators to download multiple wage statements as a single, consolidated PDF. Users can select the date range and method for employee selection, and the system will generate and deliver one comprehensive document, making record-keeping and sharing much simpler.
Benefits – Self-Service Enhancements (Dependents & Beneficiaries)
It’s now easier for employees to manage dependent and beneficiary data. The new drop-down lets users classify dependents as “beneficiary only” or “dependent and beneficiary,” according to the organization’s relationship types. This increases self-service flexibility and saves time for Benefits Administrators.
U.S. Federal and Military Enhancements
For U.S. Federal agencies and military, the new Landing Page and Dashboards improve content organization and accessibility. The Personal Information Dashboard provides access to the most common employee self-service transactions while the Manage Personnel Actions Dashboard consolidates person, job, and position changes as well as approvals and analytics. Other enhancements include the ability to better manage position and effective sequencing for Personnel Action Requests (PAR) and retirement deductions in payroll sequence per OPM (U.S. Office of Personnel Management) that improves accurate records, calculations, and reporting.
General HCM – Enhanced Work Management for HCM WorkCenters
As part of the Enterprise Components Work Management Framework, administrators now have greater control and visibility into transaction errors and statuses via new filters and bulk actions. Work management is now available for Benefits, Canadian Payroll, Global Payroll, U.S. Payroll, and Time & Labor WorkCenters. Features like assigning transactions, marking them inactive, and tracking action history streamline daily operations.
