As we wrap up another remarkable year, the PeopleSoft community has a lot to celebrate! 2025 has been a year of innovation, optimization, and enhanced user experiences across our entire platform. Watch PeopleSoft Now! Episode 6.2, where the PeopleSoft product strategy team spotlights some of the top features delivered in 2025, and provides a sneak peek at what’s coming in 2026.

The most impactful new capabilities delivered in 2025 include:
1. Modernized and Personalized User Experiences
The new PeopleSoft Landing Page is a major leap forward this year. This game changer revamps the login experience, guiding users directly to their most relevant tasks and providing a tailored, inviting workspace. Whether you’re picking up an unfinished task or responding to important organizational prompts, the new landing page is designed to boost both usability and efficiency.
2. Customization Insights and Usage Monitoring
We know customers value transparency into their system customizations. The new Customization Insights tool delivers a 360-degree view of custom objects, helping organizations pinpoint the most critical or problematic customizations – so you can better manage, reduce, or optimize them. Paired with Usage Monitor, you can now see which customizations are truly delivering value, and which may be candidates for retirement.
3. Enhanced Work Management
2025 saw substantial improvements to PeopleSoft WorkCenter management. Teams can now assign, track, and resolve “My Work” tasks more efficiently – streamlining exception handling in areas like accounts payable and expense auditing.
4. Journal Uploads made simpler than ever
Distributing journal upload spreadsheets was a challenge for many organizations. We’ve consolidated required files into a single workbook and resolved compatibility hurdles, making it effortless for users to access and update spreadsheets.
5. Payroll and HR Innovations
The new Fluid US Paycheck Modeler is a standout feature – redesigned for usability, accessibility, and mobile-friendliness. Employees no longer have to type in all their data; the application preloads key information, saving time and reducing errors. Plus, new branding options allow for a personalized employee experience.
The most-used HR page – Personal data management – has been fluidized, with enhancements like duplicate search matching, reduced data entry clicks, attachments, and country specific extensions, further speeding up HR operations.
6. Procurement and Payment Solutions
A redesigned, unified Procurement WorkCenter now brings together buyer and approver functions, with more roles and capabilities set to launch soon. Customers can easily track exceptions, approvals, and pending requisitions, all from one place.
Supplier payments shifted ahead with the introduction of virtual payment cards, offering buyers rebate opportunities and fast, secure payments to suppliers.
eProcurement has gotten smarter too, with the new “Unified Search.” Users can search across internal catalogs and external suppliers like Amazon Business, Staples, CDW in one go, compare prices, and make confident purchasing decisions – all without leaving PeopleSoft.
7. Asset Management Advances
Asset tracking is now easier: Print QR/barcodes for fixed assets and scan them right from a mobile device with no extra apps needed. This simplifies audits and inventory, while instantly giving maintenance status info in the field.
8. Recognition and Social Engagement
A new recognition feature lets employees and managers celebrate each other’s achievements in a social, visible way. The response so far has been enthusiastic, especially among younger, digitally native employees.
