“The Japan Pension Service published the new Social Insurance specifications for Social Insurance Enrollment report effective 2nd December 2024. 

From 2nd December 2024, the Japanese Government will no longer be issuing Health Insurance Cards and Myna(My Number) shall be used as reference for Health Insurance. For employees who don’t have My Number needs an Eligibility Verification Certificate. 

A new field is added in the Social Insurance Report to identify the employees who need Eligibility Verification Certificate.

日本年金機構より2024年12月2日より施行される健康保険・厚生年金保険被保険者資格取得届の新たな様式が公表されました。

令和6年12月2日から現行の健康保険証は新たに発行されなくなり、マイナンバーカードを健康保険証として利用する仕組み(「マイナ保険証」)に移行されます。マイナンバーカードを持っていない方は、医療機関で受診する際に「資格確認書」が必要になります。

資格確認書の発行が必要か否かを表す、「資格確認書発行要否」欄が新たに追加されました。
