The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia released a new version of Form C.P.8D – Return on Remuneration from Employment, Claim for Deductions and Particulars of Income Tax deduction under the Income-tax rules 1994 (Deduction of Remuneration). New fields are introduced in form C.P.8D. Employers are required to report Medical insurance paid, and SOCSO contribution paid via salary deduction.
